Mazkur maqolada O’zbekiston, Germaniya va Rossiya mamlakatlarining fuqarolik qonunchiligida qarz shartnomasining ahamiyati, qarz shartnomasi shakliga doir talablar va unga rioya etmaslikning huquqiy oqibatlari izchil tahlil etildi. Shuningdek, qarz shartnomasining mohiyatidan kelib chiqqan holda mazkur shartnoma shakliga rioya etishning ijobiy huquqiy natijalari hamda ilg’or xorij tajribasining yondashuvlari bayon etildi.
This article consistently analyzed the importance of the loan agreement in the civil legislation of Uzbekistan, Germany and Russia, the requirements for the form of the loan agreement and the legal consequences of non-compliance with it. Furthermore, based on the essence of the loan agreement, in the article described the positive legal results of compliance with this form of agreement and the approaches of advanced foreign experience.
