Ushbu maqolada kompyuter ma'lumotlariga transchegaraviy kirish va kiberjinoyatchilik yurisdiksiyasi bilan bog'liq jihatlarni ko'rib chiqish uchun shu kungacha joriy qilingan faoliyat va siyosat tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, tahlilda kiberjinoyatchilik yurisdiksiyasi masalasini hal qiladigan xalqaro vositalar o’rganilgan; milliy sudlarda yurisdiksiya bilan bog’liq ishlarni ko'rib chiqish uchun huquqni muhofaza qilish organlari bilan Internet provayderlarning hamkorlik masalalariga atroflicha yondashilgan.
