Abstract

This article examines the problem of domestic violence, analyzes its various forms. The author emphasizes the interdisciplinary nature of this problem and calls for the use of psychological and legal mechanisms to solve it. The author defends the point of view necessary for a separate indication and making a separate decision regarding domestic violence.
